Audi TT Children's Ride On - Limited Supply!

The first Audi TT was launched back in 1988 and became an icon for the Audi brand. Unique, distinctive and unmistakably Audi - it challenged the notion of what a sports car should be.

The current Audi TT was redesigned in 2008. Although slightly larger, the second-generation AudiTT doesn't stray too far from the original lines. They design in general is the same, however the character lines are crisper and the nose has adopted Audi's now signature single-frame grill.

As always, the kid's car ride-on has stayed true to the adult car, with precise lines and beautiful craftsmanship.

The Audi TT is being discontinued - get your hands on one now before you loose your chance!

Coming soon - Audi R8 Spyder Children's Ride On

Expected in August 2010.

Just as the real car is launched, the child’s version of the Audi R8 will hit the streets. Father and son can share their love of Audi together – but the child’s car will be a bit easier on the wallet! The imposing profile of the newly launched R8 Spyder with distinctive integrated air vents has been recreated perfectly giving this beautiful ride on an elegant, elongated silhouette.

Why Should I Buy a Licensed Audi Ride On?

Licensed Audi ride-ons are designed and produced alongside Audi themselves, meaning the quality and durability has been well tested.

All our Audi riding toys have the same basic features:

  • Steel Chassis - can easily withstand a child jumping in and out.

  • Tough polyethylene bodywork - flexible and strong, avoids damage to the ride-on or furniture if there is a crash.

  • Deep injected paintwork - allows scratches to be buffed away easily.

  • Realistic alloy-like wheels.

  • UK based service centre and 1 year guarantee.

  • Authentic logos, badges and stickers.

  • Top quality European construction and design.

Age Suitability

The 3+ rating on Audi kids cars is based on safety reasons rather than ability or size. Our Audi ride ons are well designed, so will allow many 18 month olds to reach the pedals and steer. They will probably also amaze you with their ability after a short time. However a young child may lack the judgement to avoid a tree or might start chewing small parts and for this reason the manufacturers recommend various age guidelines. The parent ultimately controls the environment the Audi riding toy is used in and understands the child better than anyone else. The manufacturers can only offer guidelines and their recommendation is based on the average child.

The Audi TT is a two-door compact sports car manufactured by Audi Hungaria Motor Kft. in Győr, Hungary, since 1998, for the German automaker and Volkswagen Group subsidiary AUDI AG.

The Audi TT is now in its second generation — and both generations have been available in two car body styles; as a 2+2 Coupé (TT-C), or two-seater Roadster (TT-R). They have been built on consecutive generations of the Volkswagen Group A platform, starting with the A4 (PQ34). As a result of this platform-sharing, the Audi TT has identical powertrain and suspension layouts as its related platform-mates; this includes a front-mounted transversely orientated engine, front-wheel drive or a Haldex Traction-based quattro 'on-demand' four-wheel drive system, and fully independent front suspension using MacPherson struts.

The styling of the Audi TT began in the spring of 1994 at the Volkswagen Group Design Center in California. The TT was first shown as a concept car at the 1995 Frankfurt Motor Show. The design is credited to J Mays and Freeman Thomas, with Martin Smith and Romulus Rost contributing to the award-winning interior design.

A previously unused laser beam welding adaptation, which enabled seamless design features on the first-generation TT, delayed its introduction. Audi did not initially offer any type of automatic transmission option for the TT. However, from 2003, a dual clutch six-speed Direct-Shift Gearbox (DSG) became available, with the United Kingdom TT variants becoming the world's first user of a dual clutch transmission configured for a right-hand drive vehicle, although the outright world first for a road car equipped with a dual clutch transmission was claimed earlier by a Volkswagen Group platform-mate, the left hand drive Volkswagen Golf Mk4 R32.

The Audi TT takes its name from the successful motor racing tradition of NSU in the British Isle of Man TT motorcycle race. NSU began competing in the TT in 1911, and later merged into the company now known as Audi.

The Audi TT also follows the NSU 1000TT, 1200TT and TTS cars of the 1960s in taking their names from the race.
