to a 3mph (5km/h) which is
approximately the same as an adult's
walking pace. 6V electric cars are
fantastic on patios, tarmac and
pavements but may struggle on grass.

'Licensed' 6v
ride ons are created alongside the
real car manufacturer's own design
engineers. For example, a licensed
Ferrari has been designed in
conjunction with Ferrari themselves.
The remote
control 6v riding toys are made in
China and offer some great features
like working lights, MP3 jack etc.
However the quality does not quite
match that of the licensed cars.
All the other
6v vehicles are made by European
manufacturers, each with their own
style but all are great quality.
